Brewery Yard

The Brewery Yard site is the largest surviving group of early twentieth century brewery structures on the former Carlton United Brewery site. It is of historical significance as a major industrial site in close proximity to the central business district. Many aspects of the existing building fabric exhibit elements of high to exceptional heritage significance. The works included refurbishment of the existing buildings on levels B2 to Level 06 and the existing heritage building will be converted to a mix of retail and commercial. Our Scope of works included the electrical design, certification, installation and commissioning of lighting, lighting control systems, general power, main switchboards, distribution boards, MATV, DAS, security, access control, data, communications and earthing systems.
