Opal Aged Care Glenmore Park

The Glenmore Park Opal Aged Care Facility was a Design and Construct (D&C) project and winner of 2023 UDIA NSW Award for Excellence in Aged Care. The modern 143 bed facility also includes a semi-basement containing car parking, storage rooms, kitchen, laundry, two lifts and a lift lobby.

Our Scope of works included the electrical design, certification, installation and commissioning of the lighting, new Endeavour Energy substation, earthing, lighting control, general power, main switchboards, distribution boards, security CCTV & Access Control systems, communications, nurse call, MATV and fire detection.
