Project Details
The next sense centre of excellence project at Macquarie Park included new purpose-built 1-3 storey (including basement level) Centre of Excellence across two interconnected pavilions at the corner of Culloden and Gymnasium Road within the MQU Campus. Surepath Group were engaged to take this project to completion, finalising and commission the electrical scope of works.
The development included:
Pre-School and School accommodation for up to 80 pre-school children and up to 120 school children in a single-storey pavilion addressing Culloden Road; and The main building (accommodating approximately 260 staff) of up to three storeys, including basement level:
- Basement level carpark, storage and plant rooms;
- Public areas for staff and visitors;
- RIDBC Renwick Centre classrooms (doubling also as conferencing facilities) and a business hub;
- Medical Facility for various clinical services; and
- Next Sense Renwick Centre resource centre; use between RIDBC Renwick Centre staff, clinicians and pre-school / primary school teaching staff
