Samsara Innovation Hub Fitout

This project encompassed a new laboratory and office fit out for Samsara Eco at Jerrabomberra, NSW. The project scope included the transformation from the building’s cold shell to functional offices, a chemistry analytics lab, chemistry synthetics lab, PC-1 and PC-2 lab and other office amenities including a breakout space, crib room, laundry, communications room and 16-person meeting room.
Surepath’s scope included the design and construction of the electrical services fit out of the PC1 & PC2 laboratory and office areas. These services included the provision of communications racks and associated communication outlets throughout, distribution boards, power supplies to main mechanical boards, lighting to comply with PC1 & PC2 laboratory standards and functional and feature lighting within the office, breakout, and meeting room spaces. The lighting control system deployed was KNX. Provision of special power outlets for general circuits and dedicated equipment supplies. The circuiting was arranged to permit isolation of the PC1 & PC2 laboratories as required.
